Terms of Service
Effective Date: September 17, 2026
Welcome to Penny Shine. These Terms of Service govern your use of PennyShine.xyz, your Penny Shine account, and the earning, referral and withdrawal services offered through the site.
By creating an account or using Penny Shine, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.
1. What Penny Shine Is
Penny Shine is an online rewards-for-participation service. Members may have opportunities to earn rewards by completing activities such as surveys, advertisements, website visits, application or game offers, promotional offers and other tasks made available through Penny Shine or third-party providers.
Penny Shine is not an employer, employment agency, investment service, bank or financial institution. Participation does not create an employment, independent-contractor, partnership, agency or joint-venture relationship between you and Penny Shine.
Earning opportunities are not guaranteed. The number, type, availability and value of tasks may vary from person to person and may change at any time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use Penny Shine.
You may maintain only one Penny Shine account.
You must provide accurate information when creating and using your account. You may not create an account for another person, transfer or sell your account, or allow another person to use your account for the purpose of completing tasks or earning rewards.
Penny Shine may use IP address information, account information and other reasonable methods to confirm eligibility and protect the service against fraud.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
Notify Penny Shine promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Where two-factor authentication or other security features are offered, you are responsible for safeguarding the associated authentication methods and backup codes.
4. Earning Rewards
Each task may have its own instructions, eligibility requirements, reward amount and waiting or confirmation period.
You are responsible for reading and following the requirements shown for a task before beginning it.
A displayed reward does not become final merely because you clicked, viewed, installed, registered, answered a survey or otherwise attempted a task. Rewards are credited only when Penny Shine or the applicable advertiser, survey provider, offer provider or advertising network receives sufficient confirmation that the task was properly completed.
Some activities may credit immediately. Others may remain pending for a period of time while an advertiser or provider verifies completion.
Penny Shine does not guarantee that a third-party offer or survey will accept you, track properly, remain available, or result in a reward.
5. Reversals and Chargebacks
Advertisers, survey providers and offer networks may reject or reverse a transaction after initially reporting it as completed. Reasons may include failure to satisfy offer requirements, duplicate participation, cancellation, refunds, inaccurate information, suspected fraud, tracking corrections or violations of a provider's rules.
If an underlying transaction is rejected or reversed, Penny Shine may remove the corresponding reward from your pending or available balance.
Any referral reward arising from a transaction that is later reversed may also be reversed.
If a reversal causes your account balance to become negative, future earnings may be applied toward that negative balance before additional withdrawals are permitted.
Penny Shine will not knowingly remove legitimate earnings arbitrarily, but advertiser and provider determinations concerning completion of their own offers may be outside Penny Shine's control.
6. Prohibited Activity
You may not use Penny Shine to engage in fraud, deception, manipulation or abuse.
Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
- creating or controlling more than one Penny Shine account;
- creating accounts for another person;
- providing materially false information to Penny Shine or a task provider;
- using bots, scripts, automation, click software or other artificial means to complete tasks or generate activity;
- manipulating cookies, tracking links, device identifiers or attribution systems to obtain credit improperly;
- completing an offer more than the number of times permitted by the advertiser;
- attempting to receive rewards for activities you did not actually complete;
- providing intentionally false or fabricated survey responses;
- referring yourself or creating accounts primarily to obtain referral rewards from your own activity;
- using another person's payment account or identity without authorization;
- attempting to exploit bugs, programming errors or payment errors;
- interfering with the operation or security of Penny Shine;
- using VPNs, proxies, location-spoofing tools or similar technology for the purpose of concealing your eligibility, bypassing geographic restrictions or misleading Penny Shine or an advertiser about your location; or
- otherwise attempting to obtain money or rewards through deceptive or unauthorized means.
Penny Shine may review suspicious activity, place earnings or withdrawals on hold, request reasonable verification, restrict an account or terminate an account when necessary to protect the service, its users or its business partners.
7. Third-Party Offers and Services
Many earning opportunities are provided by independent advertisers, survey companies, offer networks, application developers or other third parties.
Those activities may be governed by additional terms and privacy policies supplied by the third party. Penny Shine does not control every aspect of third-party websites, applications, surveys, products or services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security or business practices.
You should review an offer's requirements before participating or spending money.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Penny Shine does not require you to purchase a product or service simply to maintain your Penny Shine membership.
8. Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is currently $1.00.
Available withdrawal methods may include FaucetPay, Cash App, PayPal, USDT using the TRC-20 network, money order, or other methods Penny Shine may add in the future.
Available methods may change.
Withdrawal requests submitted by 11:59 p.m. Central Time on Thursday are ordinarily processed by Penny Shine on Friday. A request submitted after that cutoff may be processed the following Friday.
"Processed" does not guarantee that funds will arrive in the user's possession on Friday. Delivery time may depend on the payment provider, blockchain network, postal service, fraud review, holidays, technical problems or other circumstances outside Penny Shine's control.
Some withdrawal methods may impose transaction, network, postage or service fees. Where Penny Shine charges or passes through a fee, the applicable fee will be disclosed before the withdrawal method is selected or confirmed.
You are responsible for providing correct payout information. Penny Shine is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect email address, wallet address, payment account or mailing address that you supplied.
Cryptocurrency transactions generally cannot be reversed after they are transmitted. You are responsible for verifying any cryptocurrency address and network before requesting payment.
Penny Shine may delay a withdrawal while investigating suspected fraud, account compromise, advertiser reversals or other irregularities.
9. Referral Program
Penny Shine may operate a referral program under which members receive additional rewards based on qualifying activity by people they refer.
Referral rewards are paid by Penny Shine and are not deducted from the referred person's earnings.
Self-referrals, duplicate accounts and artificial referrals are prohibited.
A referral reward may be reversed if the underlying referred activity is rejected or reversed.
Penny Shine may change the referral percentage, qualification rules, availability or other terms of the referral program prospectively. Rewards already validly earned under an existing referral arrangement will not be retroactively reduced merely because a future referral rate changes.
If you publicly promote Penny Shine in exchange for referral compensation, you are responsible for making any disclosure required by applicable advertising or endorsement law.
10. Taxes
Rewards received through Penny Shine may constitute taxable income.
You are responsible for determining and paying any federal, state or local taxes applicable to your rewards.
Penny Shine may request tax identification or other information when required by law and may issue tax forms or report payments to government authorities when legally required.
Failure to provide legally required tax information may result in a withdrawal being delayed or withheld to the extent required by law.
11. Account Suspension and Termination
You may stop using Penny Shine at any time.
Penny Shine may suspend, restrict or terminate an account for violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, legal or regulatory requirements, security concerns or conduct that materially harms Penny Shine, its users or its business partners.
Where reasonably possible, Penny Shine may permit a user to contact support regarding an account action.
Fraudulently obtained rewards may be forfeited or reversed.
Legitimately earned balances will not be confiscated merely as a punishment except where permitted or required by applicable law or where the balance itself resulted from prohibited or fraudulent activity.
12. Inactive Accounts
Penny Shine may designate an account as inactive or disable login access after 90 days or more without account activity.
Account inactivity does not automatically convert legitimately earned funds into the property of Penny Shine. Any remaining balance associated with a dormant account will be handled in accordance with applicable law and Penny Shine's then-current dormant-account procedures.
A user whose inactive account has been disabled may contact Penny Shine support regarding restoration of access, subject to identity and security verification.
13. Mistaken Credits and Technical Errors
Occasionally a programming error, provider error or administrative mistake may cause an incorrect reward or balance to appear in an account.
An obvious mistaken credit does not create an entitlement to money that was not actually earned.
Penny Shine may correct accounting, tracking or technical errors and may reverse amounts credited in error. Where practical, Penny Shine will maintain records explaining such corrections.
14. Changes to the Service
Penny Shine may add, remove or modify tasks, advertisers, payment methods, reward amounts, site features, qualification rules and other aspects of the service.
Penny Shine may discontinue the service. If Penny Shine permanently closes, it will make reasonable efforts to provide users an opportunity to withdraw legitimate available balances, subject to fraud review, payment-provider limitations and applicable law.
15. Intellectual Property
The Penny Shine name, site design, original text, graphics, software and other original materials provided by Penny Shine are owned by Penny Shine or its licensors and may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without permission except as allowed by law.
Third-party names, trademarks, advertisements and offer materials belong to their respective owners.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
Penny Shine is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Penny Shine does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, the availability of any particular task, any minimum level of earnings, acceptance into surveys or offers, or error-free tracking by third parties.
Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Penny Shine will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of the service, loss of access to a third-party offer, third-party tracking failures or actions of independent advertisers or payment providers.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
18. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims or expenses arising from your fraudulent or unlawful use of Penny Shine, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
19. Privacy
Use of Penny Shine is also governed by the Penny Shine Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used and disclosed.
20. Changes to These Terms
Penny Shine may update these Terms from time to time.
The current version will be posted on PennyShine.xyz with its effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the site, account interface or email when appropriate.
Continued use of Penny Shine after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States of America, and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the law of another jurisdiction must apply and cannot legally be waived.
22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
